I have a question regarding these settings. It seems that if everyone leaves the room, when I return, these settings are cleared. What can I do to keep these settings?

Room settings are reset when the room is empty, if you want to keep mode +s and +k on your room you need to use mlock.

This command only works in IRC Clients.
/msg chanserv set #roomname mlock +sk RoomKeyHere

If you do not use a irc client then please join the #support room on the chat.
