  • Please do not post your e-mail address, personal webpage, phone number, or any other information you'd rather not share with an axe murderer.... That's not to say there are axe murderers running about... but be sensible about it. This is a room full of people you don't know...
  • No textual sexual experiences please... Consider the room Rated R, not Rated X. Do it in private...
  • If you're going to talk about politics... please keep it moderate. A discussion turns to an argument far too easily.
  • If you're going to talk about religion, please bear in mind others have different views... once again, a discussion turns to an argument far too easily.
  • Racial remarks, slurs, etc will not be tolerated. There's no room for this in a global community, or anywhere else for that matter.

    • Please respect others, and try to be friendly.

    That said... if the issue is not directly in violation of server rules in such a way that it poses some sort of risk to the servers... you will most likely be asked to use ignore. This is just common sense.

    This hasn't been put in place to be a pain, I promise. Largely, this is due to abuse of this feature of the chat.

    We haven't disabled IRC clients, entirely. You simply need to register your nickname, then you can use whatever IRC client you like.

    What this does, is stops things like bot floods. These have plagued many rooms, and caused untold problems for many.

    Along with these new rule implementations, like always, there have been a few hitches. We sincerely apologize if you've been affected by any of these. I believe we have fixed all of the known issues, now. Things should be back to normal... or at least close to.

    If you do come across any more problems, please let us know. We'll get on the case, ASAP.]]>
