When I try to access the chat room lobby or a specific room? I get this message

you cannot connect: Z-lined: Unfortunately, some users from this range are unable to behave themselves (tommy)

Any idea what that is about?

Means someone else on your ISP pissed off someone, so they banned part or all of your ISP's IP numbers. I'm hoping this is a small zline, else its semi ignorant to be placed (can affect many users)

You will have to sit tight and wait for a response from them. There are ways around this, although I don't suggest it.
