I reciently created a chatroom using this site. It worked and got set up on my webpage just fine.

However I having some issues that I can't seem to fix. when I had made the chatroom, it makes the owner/admin like I wanted it. After I registered it and my name I logged out to do some work and came back but was no longer the owner/admin. how do I change it back?

and one of the members of my website using the chat is having an issue of every time she logs in she is forced to change her name becuase there will be a duplicate log in one for the name shes wants and another. I'm not sure if I explained that right or not.

Anyway I love this chat and I like using it on my page, plz help me get it working correctly. >.< my members are yelling at me and idk what to tell them hahaha.

My room name is Worldsunbroken_Chat my name is Murdock. I need to get the setting to stay, but it seems they wont stay unless im an admin. I was an admin, idk how it changed me to a normal member.

You have to register your room with our server, (Channel #Worldsunbroken_chat isn't registered) . Unregistered rooms are temporary rooms. To register click options, bottom right, Room registration.

ok I think I have it registered. I was able to fix the mod/owner ship last night at home. I got to work and logged in and it worked fine, then I logged out and it made someone else the mod. then he left and the mod status dissapeared all together. I cant figure out out to get it back.

My member with the duplicate name has been fix'd also.

My members told me someone was looking for me in my room from EWC? named xbow?

And somehow my friend registered the room to him. Its not registered to me like it should, it there any way to change ownership?

Other than that, the chat works great. everyone loves it. thx for all the help so far.

Ownership can be changed, but the present owner has to ask and permit it, otherwise we have no way of telling who the correct owner is.
As to nicknames needing changing. some nicknames of your forum may already be taken with our server, hence your rmember will have to use a different name or add another letter or number to it.

well the current owner has left our site, so if it cant be changed I guess my only option would be to make a new room?
