Cant get into chat

Whenever I enter my nickname and password, the window says that it's loading and then just sits there without connecting me to the server. Any ideas?

Chat keeps on saying its loggin me into my chat but yet it just sits there for hours. showing the loading page.

Try clearing your cache. Should it not fix it, do you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash player installed? If not you can download it free: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Another reason might be, you are either banned in the room you're trying to join, or banned from signing in to our server.

Wondering if cableonline.com.mx is a banned domain?
I have never used your chat before, yet i have the same problems.
I get to the connecting window and it says on and never connects?

i have tried mIRC reinstalling flash going to the EWC sight directly
and never connects.

I myself have been trying to get into chat on my own site. I read your suggestions and none applies . My tech has look at my site and to no avail onto why i cannot get into chat.
