Completely New to EWC- Need help. :(

First of all, thanks to all the creators for making this lovely app.

We just put the chat-room onto our forums and everything seemed to be working fine. Now, the creator of the room no longer has any creator powers! In fact, nobody can add a co-creator or anything of the sort.

I tried registering the room via the 'Options' like I read in another thread, but that still did not resolve our issue.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to restore creator powers? =/

We need the rooname and nickname of the founder/creator.
