Registration Expiry Increase

We have decided to increase nickname registration expiry to 60 days. Rooms will expire after 30 days.

This should relieve some troubles people have experienced.

Wait... so we have to register rooms every 30 days and nicks every 60? This is rather bothersome.

You don't have to re-register rooms or nicknames every 30/60 days, as long as rooms are opened by the sop (founder) within the 30 day period. A nickname will de-register after 60 days if it hasn't been logged in during this time-frame.

I went ahead and filled out what needed to be filled out, put in a new password for our chatroom "MethadoneAnonymous" and I did this because I didn't want anyone to be able to have all access to our room options in our chatroom. Everything had been wiped clean and I didn't know what to do. So, now I am the founder of our room when the real founder needs to be set up as founder and I am supposed to be "owner" only. How can we fix this so that our real room founder can get her status back and why isn't our room holding any new hosts when I try to put new hosts in? Thanks! Sincerely...........~mlsswann (Melissa)

hello u can add ur real owner as an sop in the room thay basicly get the same stats as founder or u can join the Support room when ur owner is on and get 1 of the admins to change the founder. to add prem staff click on the options tab then room settings and add ur staff there if there is anyother probs just let us know and we try to help thanks
