Is there a way to automatically have the flash client connect to a room with a key?

Also, do you have a list of all available parameters for the flash client? Thanks.

You can try key=thekey however anyone who reviews the source will see the key.. You can mark the room as secret and remove the rooms tab from your client. That will hide the room.
