Am the owner but can't add mod

Hi, I created a chat with your website, I pasted the code to my site..everything went well. the chat box opens and loads flawlessly. I then go into room section and it states that owner is (completely blank) has a date of creating listed as 2003 and a soppass as password. I can't mod my own chat or add mods or even make room changes..help!!
