g-lined banned

I was banned fron a chat for reasons unknow to me..and friends that are friendly with me were also banned later on that evening. I am unclear to why I was banned, I broke no rules on the site I am a Mod for the site, and was harrased by someone that said they were a Admin for your site. Can this ban be lifted please. Any help or direction in this situation would be helpful. My friends nams that was lifted name was Wans, could you chexk into his ban as well.
