Black Screen

User is having problems connecting to EWC Chat.

He is using Internet Explorer and when he tries to connect to the chat room he receives a blank screen. He told me that he has never used the chat room before so I don't know if its a ban or browser/flash related problem.

This would not be caused by a normal connection or ban related issue.

I would suggest directing them to the following URL:

On that site, a box will load with a button to "Delete all sites" Have them click that button, then browse back to the chat page to see if things have improved. Otherwise, ask them to browse directly to http://www.everywherechat.com/chatnow.php and see if they can get into the lobby.
