Password Protection

Last week I previously asked an administrator to set my room to secret and set a key on it. This was done and worked for all of one evening. Now the room is showing secret and the key set, however, anyone can still enter. I know the beta version will automatically save this info, however, until that is up, it's really frustrating that it won't save now. How do I fix this?! My room is NIC-NOC.
