When i go to the chat. the screen is just white in the middle.

I would suggest trying all the standard tricks, reboot, clear your internet browser cache. Make sure you have Flash 9, or greater, installed.

If none of that works, you'll need to give us some details about what browser you're using, on which operating system. Which url you're getting to the chat through. And, any other details you can think of, which may be handy.
