Problem with Registered Nick

I can't seem to login with the nick that I registered.

Please provide more info, i.e. which client you're using to connect, which room, and/or through a website with an embedded room.

I'm connecting through a website with an embedded room, and the room name is Hook-Shot. My nick (CVB) is the owner name so I can't get in to do anything.

The reason must be with the website, I can't see any reason with chan- or nickserv why you aren't able to connect.
You are registered as room owner. Since you didnt provide the Website, I couldn't check if the embedded room connects.

Try connecting through our homepage http://www.everywherechat.com/chatnow.php, where it says Lobby enter your roomname Hook-Shot, and sign in with your registered nickname CVB. You may also come to our Support Room, type /join #Support

Is there any way you can delete the nick? Or have the password sent to the email address provided? Perhaps it's something as simple as not remembering the correct password (I hope).
