Can't see Chat

Hi Ann -

Our room was running fine had about 56 people in chatting in it tonight, then all of the sudden the chat room got quit. Then all we could see is some people talking but other we could not see.


WE have 57 in now but we only can some people talking ion the chat others we can't see but know they are typiong ??? also in room settings we do have "Moderated" un-checked as well.

The name of our room is "TechPB"....

We did have some troubles with the webserver last night, but I believe these issues should all be resolved, now.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing troubles.

It still seems to be happing that we can't see anyone else chatting in the room and the "Moderated" is un-checked in the room settings. So what do we do now? 9:00 am and I would like to this fix before we have a more people come in and check.

Do we have start over with a new room?? And if so how do we delete this one and start over??? That would mean we would have to reg the room and all the people? Ok well please let me know what we need to do, we love your software and want to stay and grow with you ...

P.S our room name is "TechPB" maybe you can come and see what I'm talking about .
