WTF!? I'm g-lined AGAIN!?

I've gotten g-lined again with the same reason.... about proxy connection... WTF.... this is twice now... I think something should be done about how services detects proxies... I don't have multiple connections coming from my computer or any other computer at my house... the most that ever connects is 2. Me and my fiance. Can an exception be added for my host/ip??

If this could be fixed again that would be great....
