Bug 1.0.4 Released: Fixes /ignore
As it turns out, there was an issue with case sensitivity with ignored nicknames.

IE... ignoring "JOE" would not be the same as ignoring "joe"

This has now been resolved. You may need to clear your browser cache to get the update.
